Permitted Uses. You may:

a. reproduce or render the file on any tangible non-software, non-electronically distributed medium such as canvas, paper, vinyl, leather, fabric, etc., etc. in ANY number (unlimited use).
b. you may alter the file to suit your visual needs. In any case the copyright belongs to LUIS FRANCISCO STORTINI SABOR (AKA CVADRAT) and the copyright notice MUST ALWAYS BE PRESERVED, you are not the owner of the copyright.
c. in the normal course of workflow, convey to third parties such as printers a temporary copy of the file, provided it is integral to your work product and without which the product could not be completed.
d. make a copy of the file for your own use, but you may not resell it, or redistribute it to others in any way. In any case the copyright belongs to LUIS FRANCISCO STORTINI SABOR (AKA CVADRAT) and the copyright notice MUST ALWAYS BE PRESERVED, you are not the owner of the copyright.

Acceptable uses include but are not limited to postcards, posters, paintings, automobile advertisements or wraps, print media, fine printing for interior decoration, physical wallpaper design, consumer merchandise, advertisements, newsletters, educational materials, and promotional materials. Software or electronically distributed products are a non-acceptable use of this license as well as rendition in an exhibition of any kind or medium.

Prohibited Uses. You may not:

a. use images in any way that constitutes a violation of the rights of individuals such as defamation, intrusion on privacy, misappropriation of likeness, or depiction in a false light.
b. use images in any way that violates civil and criminal laws such as those regulating pornography, obscenity, fraudulent schemes, counterfeiting, espionage, and aid to illicit activities.
c. use the file in any software or electronically distributed product and in any kind of public exhibition of any kind or medium.
d. resell or re-distribute the electronic file itself in any way
e. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of a file or accompanying materials.
f. use any part of an image or rendered file as a trademark, service mark, logo, or part thereof.
g. remove any copyright information from any place in the file or accompanying materials.
h. display or post multiple images obtained from or through www.cvadrat.com site in a size larger than 300 pixels in a stand-alone or gallery format that makes it easy for people to copy, save or steal graphic or other files.
 

Entire Agreement
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LUIS FRANCISCO STORTINI SABOR, WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND LUIS FRANCISCO STORTINI SABOR RELATING TO THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Luis Francisco Stortini Sabor reserves the right, at his discretion, to revise this Agreement at any time, and such revision shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement at the website.

You agree that by using this site images or by purchasing any kind of file to Luis Francisco Stortini Sabor, you are bound by this Agreement. This Agreement evidences the complete understanding of the parties (you and Luis Francisco Stortini Sabor) with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be amended, modified or waived in whole or in part except in a writing signed by the parties.
